Only items purchased from and Amazon will be considered for refund or exchange. If you purchased a product from an authorized Condis® retailer, please contact that retailer for assistance with your refund.

Return Guidelines
– All returns or exchanges must be made within 90 days of receipt.
– We are unable to issue refunds to gift recipients.
– Shipping cost & shipping sales tax incurred for returns are non-refundable and within the customer’s responsibility.
